Body and Soul

This is a combined Bible Study and Exercise group that provides growth for both body and soul. The exercise portion begins on Tuesdays at 9:30 in the Fellowship Hall. Led by Angela McMillon, a certfied personal trainer, you will do fun low-impact exercise. Then at 10:30 the Bible portion begins, led by Sharon Vernon.
